SHARON is a prolific journalist and online news editor at Science Africa. Her career in journalism can be traced back to 2015, when she worked as a film reviewer and reporter on art and cultural issues at Lola Kenya Screen. She has attended several trainings on reporting on various issues, including a training on trade policies at the World Trade Organization in Geneva, Switzerland, where she was among the six African journalists chosen to take part in the event. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Film and Media Studies from Moi University and is a member of several other organizations across Africa including MESHA, InfoNile and Water Journalists Network.
